M1CurryClub Reviews

        Paul's review

The first visit by the club to a new restaurant in Leicester. The Shimla Pinks is part of national chain of about 8 curry houses.  It is very modern inside, none of your flocked wallpaper, as found in most places. We opted for the set banquet and the food just kept coming until we could eat no more. The food was of a good standard with popadom's worth a note, as they were only the size of a 2 pound coin, but we got a lots of them.  Because of the moden open plan it did tend to be a bit noisy but there was a good atmosphere helped greatly by the staff and manager. This place is well worth a visit if you would like a change from the traditional curry house that can be found all over Leicester.
